I turn manual finance and e-commerce processes into automated systems that actually work.
Accounting background + hands-on e-commerce experience, built into working automation — not just workflows.
Where automation actually moves the needle
Four areas where manual process turns into a working system — each one demonstrated end-to-end inside the Idol Fairies case study.
E-commerce Operations
Storefront, checkout, order processing, and inventory kept in sync so what customers see always matches what's actually in stock.
- Order intake from storefront and wholesale channels
- Inventory that updates automatically as orders move
- Refunds handled as a single tracked action, not a manual scramble
Finance & Accounting Automation
Receivables, payables, and expenses captured from email and chat, with human checkpoints kept where judgment still matters.
- Accounts receivable aging and automatic payment reminders
- Supplier purchases staged for owner confirmation, not auto-posted
- Expense capture and categorization from Gmail and Telegram
AI Assistants / Knowledge Systems
Chatbots that answer from real data instead of guessing — built on retrieval, not a prompt hoping for the best.
- RAG-based product and policy lookups with tool-calling
- Explicit refusal to answer from memory when a tool comes back empty
- Structured to add new tools without rewriting the routing logic
Reporting & Business Visibility
Owner-level dashboards separate from day-to-day admin screens, so reviewing the business doesn't mean digging through raw tables.
- Revenue, margin, and AR/AP aging in one place
- Inventory valuation kept current, not a stale snapshot
- Built with Metabase on real report SQL, verified before wiring in
Idol Fairies: one connected e-commerce & finance ecosystem
Not a pile of separate automations — one pipeline. Retail checkout and wholesale orders both flow into the same sales, inventory, receivables, and reporting layer, with an AI assistant answering questions from the same live data.
70 / 70 regression tests passed across all 8 automation workflows (August 16, 2026)

Why finance + e-commerce, not just automation
I understand the business process first, then use automation to solve it — not the other way around. That combination is what the Idol Fairies system is built to prove.
Finance & accounting background
BS Accountancy (Polytechnic University of the Philippines, 2017). Worked Order-to-Cash / Cash Application at Accenture, then accounts payable, payroll, and statutory remittances as Accounting Staff at Red Scentinial Corporation.
Hands-on e-commerce experience
Ran an online business for over 3 years — procurement, inventory, supplier coordination with Korean suppliers, and order fulfillment across Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify. Currently active in affiliate marketing and livestream selling.
Automation, built and tested
Learned automation by building it: n8n workflows, Supabase/Postgres, RAG chatbots, and Metabase reporting — designed around real accounting and order-processing logic, then regression-tested before calling it done.
Have a manual process that’s costing you time?
Tell me what it looks like today. I’ll tell you honestly whether automation is a good fit — and what that would take to build.
